Orchard View Care Home
Mechanical and Electrical refurbishment to an existing Care home, this project was designed by local consulting engineers whom designed the project to suit clients request of a 26 bed care home, each with an En-suite per room, resulting in a plant room consisting of cold water storage GRP sectional tank with a cold water booster set , 2no gas fired water heaters to meet the property’s domestic services demands at all times. A new central heating system installed throughout the property via low surface touch radiators powered by 2no wall mounted gas fired condensing boilers, including BMS controls to ensure maximum efficiency such as weather compensation.
