Diamond Hall Juniors Boiler/Plant room renewal, this project was to renew plant equipment coming to end of life expectancy and to modify services to provide independent supplies to Juniors and infant School in modifying existing by pass LTHW heating pipework to provide independent services for Junior school distribution system only, this was achieved via the supply and install of 3no Hamworthy Stratton 150KW Stainless Steel boilers complete with cascade kit, low loss header and shunt pump to maintain boiler flow rates for greater efficiency, C13 type flue installation, filtration such as in line air dirt separator, Stainless steel side stream filter containing magnets which removes system debris increasing life span of equipment reducing carbon emissions, LTHW circulation pumps, gas safety system such as gas proving and gas detection panel complete with CO detector CO4 detector fusible link and emergency stop button, domestic up grades including converting vented to an unvented system via linking out existing tank with pressure reducing valves and flow through expansion vessels DHWS provided by 440L Ormandy Rycroft Evoplate cylinder. BMS and electrical works to allow conversion via new control panel, project fully commissioned to a high standard with client demonstration on completion.
