All Saints’ Church
All Saints Church in Roker Sunderland required upgrading of boiler house and heating modifications within the Church.
Scope of work for this project was to isolate, drain down existing heating system, strip out existing boiler, pipework and radiators. On this occasion the design was carried out by a local M&E consultant however R.M.Myers & Co. LTD. can offer a design package on request.
We supplied and installed 1no ACV EVO S 70KW gas fired condensing LTHW boiler and Plate heat exchanger to provide hydraulic separation to protect the new boiler and existing Church heating system to remain tank fed due to age of system. We installed a newly fabricated concrete base within the boiler house to house boiler frame kit and additional components.
We also upgraded pipework within the church to certain areas where the heating struggled to supply radiators with sufficient heat.

Services for the project
Full M&E package, consisting of Replacement of the existing gas fired heating boiler and associated equipment. Removal of existing radiators, Install 1no New Radiator.
Upgrade pipework to existing 3no radiators within the Nave area.
Provision of new electric space heating in the chancel and vestry. Supply and install new isolator, sub-main and distribution board.
